My name is Fanta Lewis, and as the Founder and Lead Coach of ICU Transform, my mission is to help you unlock your full potential and live with purpose! ​​After two decades of a successful multi-disciplined career, I felt a strong inner pull to pursue something deeper.

That realization came during a life-changing moment while visiting my uncle in the ICU. ​With only days left, he shared words that forever shifted my perspective: “You don’t want to live a life of regret.” His message ignited me to follow my true passion without hesitation.

Having been a Finance leader, HR Director and HR Consultant, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations when people break through their limitations.
